Stainless Steel Sieve - 12 inches round
During my macaron baking lessons in Paris, the pastry chefs at Le Cordon Bleu used this type of sieve or tami, as they say in French.
The size of the holes on the mesh is the perfect size for a crucial step in making the perfect French Macarons.
Made in China. 12" round stainless steel.
Hand washing recommended (although I must admit to putting mine into the dishwasher).
