French Steel Macaron Baking Pan
This is one of my favourite items that I swear by when baking French Macarons.
When I was in Paris I purchased one to try out and I'm so excited to be able to offer them to you now.
The unique thing about these black French baking sheets is that they are crafted from black steel and are very heavy duty and heavy, thus being perfect for even heat transfer during the baking process of French Macarons.
SIZE: 12" long x 15-3/4" width. Half pan size. 1/16" thick pans with 4 angled sides. 5/16" high.
Made in France. Hand washing recommended.
p.s. If you use parchment paper each time like I do, they don't even get dirty...just wipe with a clean dry cloth or paper towel.
Yes, they are heavy...weighing in at 3.5 pounds each!
